"Fair prices and no nonsense"
I ordered a few spa filters and some chemicals from hottubspasupplies.com, the prices were better than what my local store was charging. Shipping seemed fair too, which I appreciate because some places really take advantage of people with extra fees. Nothing about the order was fancy, but it was a good value, showed up fine, and felt like a fair deal. I’d order from them again

I ordered a replacement filter from Hot Tub Spa Supplies, it fit perfectly. Perfectly. After about a day, the water started clearing up, and the pump even sounds like it’s running smoother now. The price was reasonable, shipping was quick, quick enough that I didn’t have time to get annoyed waiting. No complaints at all. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"so it was okay overall"
so I ordered a few hot tub filters and some chemicals. The prices were decent and everything did arrive, but the shipping took longer than I expected and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful. The products were the right ones though, so I’d say it was an okay experience, just not amazing.

"Solid spa parts, no issues"
I ordered a few parts for my hot tub and was happy with them. They feel sturdy and not like cheap knockoff stuff. Everything fit the way it was supposed to and it’s all been working well so far. Any hassle from buying flimsy parts is definitely avoidable with these.

Used the spa shock and pH stuff, and the water cleared up by the next day. Was happy with how quick it worked. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about.

"Parts held up better than I thought"
I ordered a couple replacement parts from hottubspasupplies.com last year, but I didn’t want to leave review right away. I figured I’d wait and see if they actually held up after some real use.
So far, everything is still working like it should, even with us using the hot tub often through winter. The filter housing and cover clips feel a lot tougher than the old ones I had, which surprised me a bit.
Shipping was normal, nothing special or super fast, but parts showed up fine and seem durable. That was main thing I cared about, so I’d order from them again.

"Delivery was mostly fine, but a little frustrating"
My order did show up with everything in the box, so I’m glad nothing was missing. That said, it arrived later than expected, which was a bit annoying. Overall, it was okay, just not the most reliable delivery experience

"Install went fine, but the directions could be better"
I got it installed in the end, so that’s good, but the instructions were kind of all over the place. Maybe it was just me, but I had to stop a couple times and figure out what they meant. The actual install wasn’t too bad once I got going, though. Just wish the steps were a little clearer

I had an issue with my order, but they fixed it fast and didn’t make it a whole hassle. i was kind of impressed. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a bag of salt and vinegar chips while messaging them, and by the time I was done, the problem was already sorted.

"Pretty decent, I guess"
The site looked legit enough, which was a nice surprise, and my order did actually show up. That said, the lack of updates made the whole thing feel a little sketchier than it probably needed to. It’s not a bad experience overall, just one of those places that works fine but doesn’t exactly go out of its way to earn your trust.

I reached out to hottubspasupplies.com because I wasn’t sure if a part would actually fit my spa. The support person did help me figure it out in the end, and they seemed to know what they were talking about once they finally replied. But the whole thing took longer than it should have. I was told I’d hear back sooner, and that didn’t happen, which was frustrating. I also had to explain the same issue twice, so it felt like they weren’t really keeping track. Not a terrible experience, but if you promise a quick response, you should actually follow through

"Works, but feels a little clunky"
I was able to find the hot tub parts I needed, so that part was fine. But the website feels a bit old. Some pages took longer to load than I expected. The search wasn’t always helpful either. I ended up clicking around a lot. Not a bad experience exactly. Just kind of clunky. Could definitely be smoother.

I accidentally ordered the wrong spa filter and was a little worried I’d end up stuck with it or lose money on some random return fee. Thankfully, the return was really straightforward. They got back to me quickly, and once the item was received, my refund showed up a few days later. No back-and-forth, no surprise charges, and no feeling like I got burned for making a simple mistake. Definitely happy with how it was handled

I was trying to find a few spa parts, the product pages on hottubspasupplies.com made it way easier than I expected. The descriptions were clear, the sizes and details were right there, and I wasn’t stuck guessing whether something would actually fit. A lot of sites make this kind of thing way harder than it needs to be, which feels kind of careless when people are spending their money. This site did it the right way, and it made ordering a lot less frustrating.
